Code Fix: Unable to use file properties from a reference created in a workflow

Issue Description
An error occurs when you deploy or edit a workflow where a SmartObject file property is mapped to a reference created in the workflow.
Error Message
The following error occurs: “The Workflow's Item Reference "[Reference Name]" contains a reference to a removed SmartObject property, file Name”.
Resolution
The fix is available in the following K2 versions:
