Symptoms
When attempting to create an exchange mailbox the following error occurred:
"Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Cached credentials for DomainK2Service could not be found. You can cache credentials via the "User Setting": "Single Sign-On" area in K2 Workspace.
Service: Exchange Administration
Service GUID: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx
Severity: Error"
Diagnoses
It was found that the issue did not have to do with any credentials that needed to be cached, but with the Exchange configuration. The URL for the Exchange server was incorrect.
Resolution
This issue was resolved by changing the URL for the Exchange server from .net to .local. After this change was made the Exchange mailbox was able to be created without issue. It is suspected that a change was made on the service which lead into this issue.
