Diagnoses
The error happens when the K2 Installer is attempting to set righyts on a K2 Certificate of the specified user, in this case DENALLIXK2Service.
If the K2 Installer cannot resolve the user, then we raise the error
Resolution
The issue was resolved internally by opening the necessary ports in the firewall between their two domains.
