Issue Description

When attempting to update a SmartObject by selecting the “Create SmartObject” options from a Service Instance in the SmartObject Service Tester tool, a new SmartObject is created instead of updating the existing SmartObject. See below the status on the bottom of the screen shows that a SmartObject will be created instead of updated due to the system not detecting that a SmartObject already exists.
