Issue
When accessing SharePoint Online in PC mode from an IOS device that contains the SmartForms Viewer Webpart, the following error is shown:
"The contents of this page cannot be displayed because you cannot be automatically logged in. Login in a separate window and then refresh the control."
Symptoms
When accessing the page the first time the message is displayed to the user.Resolution
This is not a K2 product issue but rather an issue related to the internet browser on IOS devices. Clicking the Login link and then refreshing the Web Part allows it to function correctly.
We recommend the user rather make use of K2 Smartforms to prevent these issues.
