Code Fix: K2 Role not updated intermittently when using Identity Microservices

Issue Description

When you attempt to create a new or update an existing K2 Role, the record is locked under the ServerID column, which results in a Host Server log error.

Error Message

The following error shows in the Host Server logs: "Error","IdentityService","64007","IdentityServiceError","IdentityService.ResolverManager.UpdateRole","64007 IdentityLockedOutException,136427”

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP8 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP8 to apply the fix.
