Issue Description

 

Issue 1

When you integrate a form with two workflows in separate categories but with similar names, an error occurs when you edit the Start Workflow rule on the form.

 

Issue 2

When you deploy the second workflow as explained in Issue 1, an error occurs.

 

Error Messages

 

Error 1

Start workflow rule error: “There are no items to display”.

 

Error 2

Deploy workflow error: “Missing reference at Activity ‘Task’. Error:An Item with this name already exists on this container”.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five RTM FP30 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five RTM FP30 to apply the fix.
  4. It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.

Considerations

Any faulty workflows will need to be redeployed and rerun.
