Code Fix: When deploying a package containing a Lookup List as a reference, the referenced workflow cannot be deployed

Issue Description
When packaging a K2 application based on a SharePoint List with a lookup column to another list which is also an application with a workflow, and including dependencies as references, the workflow for the lookup List is packaged as a reference. This is incorrect and causes a missing reference error when attempting to deploy the package using K2 Package and Deployment. This issue will occur when using Legacy workflows.
Error Message
The workflow for the second SharePoint List used as a lookup will have a “missing reference” error.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
- Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP4 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP4 to apply the fix.
- It will be required to re-package the application before attempting to deploy the package again.
