Issue Description
When a user has multiple authentication accounts such as Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, only one of the accounts can be added to K2 Management security.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
- Get the K2 Five RTM FP24 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five RTM FP24 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
