Issue

K2 Smartforms SmartObject Designer does not handle the case when input and return properties for a service object method are the same.

Symptoms

When editing a service object method, if both input property and return property have the same name, the return property will be auto-mapped but will not be saved.

Resolution

This is a known issue in the browser-based SmartObject Designer. Please note that K2 for Visual Studio and K2Sutdio do not have this problem.
