Issue Description
When a Form is configured with a rule to display a pop-up message, the message is not displayed on an iOS Mobile device. The ability to scroll up and down on the Form is also disabled.
Cause
The issue was caused by the Form's styling.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Download and Install the K2 4.7 May 2017 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Get the K2 4.7 May 2017 Cumulative Update FP2 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 4.7 May 2017 Cumulative Update FP2 to apply the fix.
