User [Service Account] does not have Administrator rights

When executing GotoActivity method of "Activity" System SmartObject from a workflow, the following error is thrown:

Instructions

This error can occur if the Process Instance ID passed to the SmartObject call is not valid.

 

Additional Information

Adding Set Variables step inside the workflow to capture value of Process Instance ID can detect and resolve this issue.
