Issue
When trying to logon into App Studio using a registered Nintex Workflow Cloud account, this error may occur:

Resolution
- Verify that the account belowing to the organisation has a valid App Studio license. Refer this article for the details on how to access How to access Nintex App Studio.
- App Studio access is linked to the primary contact and they would have been sent an email with instructions on how to get it set up. The primary contact will then have ability to add more users to App Studio by clicking on the User Management option in the settings menu.
- Feel free to contact Nintex Support (support@nintex.com) to confirm the Primary Contact associated with organisation's Account.
