Unable to login to Nintex Workflow Cloud tenant using Single Sign On

Issue

Nintex Workflow Cloud (NWC) presents an error when attempting to login to NWC from the identity providers page. For example, clicking the NWC tile in Okta.

Error Code

"Please try again. If the problem persists, contact Nintex Support.

 

If you accessed the sign-in page using a bookmark, you should update the bookmark to reference the product page."

 

Resolution

You must navigate to the Nintex Workflow tenant directly and you will be redirected to the identity provider to authenticate.

 

Additional Information

Nintex Workflow Cloud only supports Service Provider-Initiated SAML and does not support Identity Provider-Initiated SAML.
