Issue

When you try to create a package in K2 Package and Deployment, the following error is presented:

Symptoms

If you run into this issue, the following error message is displayed:

 

[ProcessName] Process is referencing the return type '{kdselectedmethodtype}' of the [SmartObjectMethod] method on the[SmartObjectName] SmartObject that could not be found.

 

 

The process contains CreateReference and ForEach events.

 

 

Resolution

Our developers identified a problem within the product and provided a code fix for our 4.6.11 clients. This issue has been resolved in the latest version of K2.
