When attempting to add or upgrade Nintex Forms or Workflow for Office 365, the following message is displayed:
"Sorry for the hassle, we hit a problem. click to recover your license"
Instructions
A Tenant Administrator must renew the Nintex apps at the Tenant level:
1. As a Tenant Admininistrator, navigate to SharePoint Admin Center
2. Click on Apps
3. Click on Purchase apps
4. Search for and select the Nintex Workflow for Office 365 and/or Nintex Forms for Office365 app.
5. Click the Renew button.
The Nintex for Office 365 app(s) should be available to be added or upgraded in sites throughout the tenant.

These licensing errors are produced by the SharePoint Store and are not related to any licensing with Nintex.
