Issue

Emails are not received from an Assign a Task or Start a task process action.

 

Resolution

Check if the 'Description' field in the Assign a Task configuration is using a variable. If so, confirm what the variable is populating; if the content in the variable exceeds the maximum length of the Description field, task notifications will not send.
