ISSUE
When attempting to copy a document to a subsite using "O365 Upload File" within a workflow the following error might occur:

The list ‘xxxx’ does not exist in web site
ERROR CODE
RESOLUTION
- Verify "Destination site URL" is set to the Subsite URL
- Verify the user has the appropriate permission to the list
- Verify that the Folder path exists
- Save and publish the workflow
