Start Workflow Action Does Not Start List Workflow in Office 365

ISSUE
When running a workflow that uses the "Start workflow" action to start another List workflow, the selected workflow does not start even though the master workflow does not return any error. 
ERROR CODE
RESOLUTION
Configure "Workflow type" value in "Start workflow" action with "List Workflow".
