How To: Configure OAuth in K2

KB003674

PRODUCT
K2 Cloud
K2 Five
BASED ON
K2 Five

Issue

When accessing a SmartForm for the first time, the form will load correctly. If the form is then refreshed by selecting the URL in Chrome's address bar and pressing Enter, an error will occur if the initial request takes more than 3 seconds to respond. Chrome refreshes the initial HTTPS URL, but if no response is received within 3 seconds, the request is canceled and retried with HTTP. If K2 is not hosted on HTTP, a 404 or 403 error is displayed.

Error Code

404 Error/403 Error

Workaround

There is no workaround at this time.
