ISSUE
When running the Nintex Workflow installation, the installer appears to stall, displaying:
Upgrade job for solution Core Components (NintexWorkflow2013Core.wsp) is not created yet (time waiting=X seconds).
RESOLUTION
This is expected behavior.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
NintexWorkflow2013Core.wsp solution is a global solution and is deployed to all web applications in the farm during the initial installation, rather than after the initial installation, like other workflow solutions. Due to the fact that it is being deployed to as many web applications as there are in the farm, this deployment can take some time, and the installer will show 'Upgrade job for solution Core Components (NintexWorkflow2013Core.wsp) is not created yet (time waiting=X seconds)' for the duration of that process.
