The timeframes are not showing in the Promapp version of the Process, however they are showing on the Minimode version of the Process

The settings for what is shown on the map view of the Process differs from computer to computer.  A cookie remembers the last known setting, and by default will show the time frames.  

You can change the setting Enable process minimode view to show timeframes to OFF in Admin > Configure > Process Timeframes
