Nintex Promapp Single Sign On Incorrect Usernames


Users accessing your Nintex Promapp site may receive the following error message:

Unauthorised Access

or a duplicate user may be created when accessing your site using SSO.


Update the Nintex Promapp user names to match the Identity Provider NameID:
  1. Navigate to Admin > Users
  2. Export the users list by selecting the Excel icon
  3. Update the user names in the spreadsheet to match the IdP NameID
  4. Go the the cog wheel menu and select Import Users
  5. Select the file you have saved
  6. Select Import

Additional Information

If the certificate and other information in your IdP and Nintex Promapp settings are correct, this may be the issue.
