Issue
A role may be found in the RACI for a Process, and users in that Role may be getting notifications for a Process but do not appear in the Process content
Resolution
The Process may have a decision that was previously linked to a Process and is not linked to an Activity.
In this case, the Role linked to the Process may still be active in the Process.
In this case, the Role linked to the Process may still be active in the Process.
- Edit the Process
- Change the Decision link from 'Activity' and change it to 'Process'
- Remove the role associated to the Process LInk
- Change the Decision link back to 'Activity'
