Issue
The following error may occur when attempting to save a Process:
Publishing Failed: Process Owner <name of owner> has been disabled
Publishing Failed: Process Owner <name of owner> has been disabled
Resolution
Either:
- Go to Admin > Users
- Select Display Inactive Users from the cog wheel menu
- Edit the User
- Select Transfer from the Ownerships & Rights panel
- Select the Processes to Transfer and the new person to transfer the Processes to
- Select Transfer
- Re enable the User through Admin > Users
- Edit the Process
- Change the Process Owner or Expert
- Save & Publish the Process
