Issue
When the customer is clicking the login button, after entering their credentials, the login screen will come back. This can happen several times before eventually getting into the site.
Resolution
1. Check your site is in the following format - https://go.promapp.com/customersite and not https://go.promapp.com/customersite/login/admin/dashboard
2. Remove any saved passwords for your Promapp site from your Browser.
