Intermittent issues with printing processes to PDF format which includes a "Flowchart" checkbox an error occurs.
1. Currently, this is a known issue when the 'Flowchart' checkbox is included in the print option. Please uncheck this to print at this time.
2. If the Flowchart is still desired, download the Process Map from the Map screen and print it from the browser as a PDF when it opens up. This may not be the same format with the stamped date of printing.
The team has confirmed that intermittent issues with printing or exporting processes to PDF format are related to the recently upgraded infrastructure no longer supporting a graphics library needed to convert the content. This issue also extends to exporting of reports to PDF format. The known workaround includes: - Exporting reports to Excel to extract the data - Excluding the process map when printing a process. - Using the download option if only the process map is required.
