Issue
When using Highlight changes to compare an In Progress Nintex Promapp Process with additional groups, it may show the additional groups as removed (highlighted red and crossed out).
Resolution
Although the additional groups are shown as removed, on publishing the additional groups remain properly linked.

This is a known defect.
