Issue

Checklist has been enabled but the functionality is not available

 

Resolution


It can take some time to sync a large tenants’ data to the Checklist Service. 
The UI will not appear until the Checklist service confirms it has processed all initial sync data.
Check Promapp Hangfire jobs ChecklistUserInfoSyncTrigger and SyncCompleteMessageAcknowledgedTrigger have not failed or are stuck in a queue.
Check Promapp and Checklist CloudWatch logs for message handling exceptions, particularly those with the topics: ChecklistService-TenantModuleToggled, ChecklistService-TenantModuleSyncCompleteAcknowledged.
All message processing performed by Checklist is idempotent so you are safe to enable and disable the Checklist module if you need to trigger a resync of user/role data
