Issue
After the license has been renewed, the Nintex Apps does not show up under App You Can Add in the all SharePoint Site within the tenancy.
Resolution
- Go To SharePoint Store
- Search for Nintex Apps
- Click the button RENEW for the Nintex Apps in the SharePoint Store.
