Issue

When accessing the K2 Workspace Process Information Report, the following error is displayed:

"Input string was not in a correct format.Couldn't store <xxxxx.xxxxx> in Process_Information_Duration Column. Expected type is Double.

at SourceCode.Workspace.OOBReports.K2ReportViewer.OnInit(EventArgs e)"

Symptoms

This issue may occur when you are using a different regional setting, and the decimal separator is "," or ".".

Resolution

The 4.7 K2 Workspace has been deprecated in K2 Five.

The issue will not occur if you make use of the new K2 Workspace > Reports > Process Overview in K2 Five.
