Issue


K2 Management does not return results when executing a List or Read method with input parameter values provided.

Symptoms


Executing a Read or Get list SmartObject method in K2 Management, returns no results if the value of a number starts with zero in a text field.


Example data in SmartObject as below:
- CustomerNo = 0100, CustomerName = Bob
- CustomerNo = 0101, CustomerName = Johnny


Open K2 Management on IE and execute the List method of the new SmartObject with 'CustomerNo' = 0100. Returns no results.

Only IE gets the issue, Chrome and Firefox works fine.
- Executing the same SmartObject on SmartObject Service Tester Tools work fine.


Resolution


This has been resolved in K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 46 which you can install to resolve this issue.
