Hawkeye data source error "Connection to the data collector appears poor. Please contact your administrator"

Issue

After connecting and authorising the data source in Nintex Hawkeye for Nintex 2016, the following error may occur: 
Connection to the data collector appears poor. Please contact your administrator

Resolution

  1. Redeploy Nintex Hawkeye on the SharePoint environment.
  2. Reconnect the data source from Hawkeye dashboard.
