Issue

After integrating Office 365 EWS on K2 via setup manager exchange management SmartObjects are not executable.

The following error appears:

"Message: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Autodiscover Failure: The Exchange server is not available, the password is incorrect or the e-mail address {0} does not exist. ; ServiceName: Exchange Management; ServiceGuid: 252ce1f8-d0c3-4494-9726-ce297c4949d3; InnerExceptionMessage:"

Symptoms

After running the setup wizard and enabling exchange integration with the office online account, all exchange management SmartObjects are rendered unusable.

All of the exchange management SmartObjects are not executable and raises the same error.

Resolution

The error points to an authentication issue while trying to use the autodiscover URL.

To resolve this, edit the exchange management service instance, untick the save credentials,  re-enter the password and update the service instance.
This recaches the authentication credentials and returns the service instance and SmartObjects to a usable state.
