Issue
Users wanting to run DocGen Packages must have access to the Document or Files object at either the profile level or by creating a permission set.
Resolution
1. Navigate to the Profile of the user who is unable to generate document packages.
2. Confirm they have access to Document or Files Object. Permission needed include; (Read, Create and View All)
3. If using OBM > Navigate to the Outbound message (Setup --> Outbound Messages). Make sure the person in the field "User to send as" is seated on the license.
