Error while importing data after Microsoft Update

Issue

When importing data or running a botflow that imports data, a previously working botflow receives this error, "System.Data.OleDb.OleDbExveption (0x80004005): Could not use (customers file name); file already in use.

 

This happened after the latest update from Microsoft.

Resolution

While our Dev Team is working hard to find a fix for this issue, there are two options to try:

 

1 - Change the output .accdb file to a local path, your botflow should run successfully. 

 

2 - Have your IT department restore the system to what it was before the update and then pause any updates until we have a fix for the issue. This could be a potential security issue if you do not receive your updates and there is some sort of security threat.

 

Please discuss the option of restoring your system to what it was before the update happened and pausing future updates with your IT department and see if that is a viable option for your company.
