Error when accessing SmartForms Runtime Site

When accessing the K2 SmartForms Runtime Site an error was raised.Symptoms
When accessing the SmartForms Runtime site the following error is displayed:
"Primary Credentials Not Authenticated. Session Not Authenticated"
All other K2 sites are accessible and working.
Resolution
The issue was due to the fact that the App Pools were being used.
On the server having issues, the Application Pool was using the ApplicationPoolIdentity rather than the service account. When this is changed to use the service account the issue was resolved.
