The IF function is a native SharePoint function. Contact Microsoft support for issues related to native functions.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The following steps can be used to verify that issues with the IF function are not specific to Nintex Forms:- On the affected list, create a calculated column on the list.
- Add the following formula:
=if(1>2,"true","false")
- If this fails, it indicates a site-wide issue with the IF function.
