Issue
When using Office 365 Upload File action to update a Person or Group field, the following error occurs:
‘Error performing Office 365 upload file activity. Reason: There was a service parameter validation error. Error: Some parameters failed the validation check.Validation error 1 - InputMetaDataXml. Reason: The 'Fields' is invalid.’
Resolution
'Office 365 Upload File' action does not support update to a 'Person or Group' fields. As a workaround, utilise the 'Office 365 update items' action to update 'Person or Group' fields.
