Issue
When publishing an existing workflow, the following error might occur:
Server was unable to process request. ---> The type initializer for '<Module>' threw an exception

Resolution
Clear the asp.net temp files.
- Perform an IISRESET.
- Browse to “C:WindowsMicrosoft.NETFramework64v2.0.50727Temporary ASP.NET Files oot” on the server.
- Delete all the contents of this folder.
Error Code
Server was unable to process request. ---> The type initializer for '' threw an exception
Additional Information
These are temporary files that will be regenerated after they have been cleared. Another IISRESET might be necessary if file locked messages occur.
