Issue
When publishing a Nintex Form, the following error might occur:

Resolution
- Go to: Central Administration > Nintex Forms Management > Manage database
- Ensure the database information is filled out and click the OK button.
- Go To SQL Server Management Studio and ensure a Nintex Forms database exists and that the "Tables" section is provisioned with dbo.NLF_Config.
- Retry the Form publish.
Error Code
The server encountered an error processing the request. The exception message is 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Stack trace: Nintex.Forms.SharePoint.MobileAppForms.NfMobileFormsRepository...
Additional Information
This error indicates that the Forms Database is missing or the connection has been lost, it's possible the database either wasn't created on installation or the connection string has not been updated post migration.
