ISSUE

During an automated DocGen Package process, the following error occurs:

Invalid entity type for whatId

ERROR CODE

RESOLUTION

Make sure the Track Activities checkbox is checked on the custom object.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When sending a Salesforce Email from a custom object, "Track Activities" must be enabled.
