Error on opening a Workflow in the K2 Five Workflow Designer

Issue

Unable to open a Workflow in the K2 Five Workflow Designer.

Facing the below error

Could not find a part of the path 'C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlK2 smartforms DesignerContentJs[ClientDomain]~ContentJsCommon.js.js'.

------------------------------------------------

Resolution

The below steps resolved this issue:

1. On your K2 Server, go to C:Program Files (x86)K2 blackpearlK2 smartforms DesignerContent
2. Delete all files in the Content folder
3. Run IISRESET
4. Open K2 Designer and wait for the warm up to complete

Additional Information

The Content folder is like a cache, so clearing it will force the whole warmup process to happen, and recreates the cache.
