Error during upgrade from 5.3 to 5.4

Issue

Resolution

In our case we recommended the user rollback to the previous version of K2 and re-execute the upgrade with the correct account. Generally this error appears if you don't use the same account between each upgrade or Fix Pack installation.

 

There is a feature request to change this functionality, please feel free to vote by viewing the link below: Have a warning message/popup when the upgrade/Update/Cumulative Update/Fix pack if the current user ...
