Issue
When generating a document package that includes tables in a Rich text field, a fill exception tag error occurs or only the text is generated.
Resolution
- The workaround could be to store the table as a screenshot (an image) and then generate that through Rich text field instead.
- Alternatively, if you want to generate a table with text, you could store the data in specific fields that can be then generated as part of the report or via row/table replication.
Additional Information
A table is not a native Rich text field formatting (it's not as one of the options in the ribbon). DocGen does not support merging rich text fields that include embedded tables into Document packages.
