Error: #ERR when attempting to edit a Nintex form in Office 365

Issue

Attempting to edit a Nintex form causes an Nintex error page to appear with the below error.

Error message:

#ERR
 

 

Resolution

Navigate to List Settings in the list ribbon and edit and save the list lookup columns. The Nintex form has lost connection to a list lookup field and saving the field settings will restore the connection.
