Topic

This error occurs when Nintex DocGen IP ranges are not specified or the Connected App settings are enforcing IP restrictions with whitelisting.

Error: invalid_grant: ip restricted (RequestInvalid)

Instructions

Ensure the following and review the Related Links section:

  1. Ensure the Nintex DocGen IP Ranges are in the org's Network Access.
  2.  If a Profile has specified Login IP Ranges, it will override what IP ranges are specified in the Org’s Network Access.
    1. If this is the case, make sure that the DocGen IP ranges are added to that user’s profile and the Integration user Authorized on the DocGen Admin Tab.
  3. If both settings above do not resolve the issue, navigate to Salesforce Setup > Connected Apps > Nintex DocGen. Review the IP restrictions/enforcement. Change to Relax IP restrictions and try Generating a DocGen Package again.
