This error occurs when Nintex DocGen IP ranges are not specified or the Connected App settings are enforcing IP restrictions with whitelisting.
Error: invalid_grant: ip restricted (RequestInvalid)
Instructions
Ensure the following and review the Related Links section:
- Ensure the Nintex DocGen IP Ranges are in the org's Network Access.
- If a Profile has specified Login IP Ranges, it will override what IP ranges are specified in the Org’s Network Access.
- If this is the case, make sure that the DocGen IP ranges are added to that user’s profile and the Integration user Authorized on the DocGen Admin Tab.
- If both settings above do not resolve the issue, navigate to Salesforce Setup > Connected Apps > Nintex DocGen. Review the IP restrictions/enforcement. Change to Relax IP restrictions and try Generating a DocGen Package again.
