Issue
When using functions inside templates, particularly within Excel, with tags, the tags populate with the #NAME?
Resolution
Check if any functions or formulas are being used in the template newer than Microsoft 2016. Remove these functions or formulas.
Additional Information
Currently, Nintex DocGen supports Microsoft functions and formulas up to Microsoft 2016 for PC. Please Note Microsoft for Mac functions and versions will vary with functions.
Example: Microsoft 2016 for Mac has the function CONCAT - This will need to be updated to CONCATENATE at this time.
