Issue

When running a DocGen Package the following error might occur:

Session timeout

 

Resolution

Use one of the following options:
  • Ensure that 3rd party cookies are enabled.
  • Add "apps.drawloop.com" to the list of trusted/secure sites ( Use only if salesforce.com is already a trusted site).
  • Ensure there are no spaces at the beginning of the output file name in the DDP settings.
  • From the DocGen Admin Tab, re-authorize the App as an integration user
  • Ensure that your device does not have add/track blocking software enabled. We've seen these cause issues.
  • Try another browser, if it works, clear cookies and cache, and run the package again
