Drawloop - AssureSign Error: BAD_REQUEST Unable to parse dynamic document(s)

When Sending to AssureSign from Drawloop DocGen an error regarding the ability to find matching Jotblocks occurs.

Unable to parse dynamic document(s)
Unable to find matching jotblock with name xxxxxxx on document xxxxxx

Instructions

1. Verify the DocGen Package Output has the Jotblocks from the Error.

2. Verify the AssureSign Template is only using 1 Document. Currently, Drawloop only sends one document to AssureSign. ( Alternatively, moving all Jotblocks to the Top document will also resolve the issue.)

If the above does not work:

1. Check if the jotblocks in the document being used in the package does not have a typo
2. If you have added new jotblocks, make sure to click the "Refresh Input" on the delivery option to retrieve the new jotblocks. Ensure to hit "Save".
